Product has hood that rests on toilet tissue roll. Dispenser housing and hood are made of bright polished stainless steel. Arm brackets are made of chrome plated zinc. Spindle is made of chrome plated plastic. Includes back clamp for gypsum wallboard mounting. Non-controlled delivery.
