Hardcast Foil-Grip 1402 Indoor/Outdoor Rolled Sealant

Hardcast Foil-Grip 1402 indoor/outdoor rolled sealant is a pressure sensitive, 40 year cycle, duct joint and general purpose rolled sealant. Hardcast Foil-Grip 1402 provides an instant water resistant grip to most surfaces including sheet metal, duct board, flex duct, PVC coated duct, and duct wrap vapor barriers. The Foil-Grip 1402 is suitable for subgrade application on PVC coated duct.
 

Application

Temperature - 35°F to 110°F (1.7°C to 44°C)
Method - Cut desired length, peel off  release liner, apply. Removal or repositioning may damage AFG-1402 and surface. Overlap at ends. Rub down with heavy pressure to assure complete contact.
Preparation - Surface must be clean, dry, oil and grease free.
Clean Up - UN-TACK or Solvent (Use safe handling practices)
Paint - Use paint appropriate for aluminum.

PRECAUTIONS

Surfaces must be clean and free of moisture and contamination. Do not apply this product in areas where temperature will exceed 200°F. DO NOT use where acidic or alkaline chemicals are present (i.e. lab fume hood, vents, ect.)
