The defrost control with temperature sensitivity ensures the most optimum performance across the entire operating temperature range. 

Moisture is extracted from the air using a highly efficient refrigeration process. A fan draws moist air in through a cold evaporator coil which cools air below the dew point. The moisture will form on the evaporator coil & is then collected in a condensate tray. Cooled air subsequently passes through a hot condenser coil to be reheated with the same energy which was removed in the cooling phase, along with the compressor generated heat. Air is then discharged at a higher temperature and lower absolute humidity compared to that which entered. The continuous air circulation through the Triton dehumidifier will gradually reduce the relative humidity of the area.
